2. Website Use

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Signature Sites are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry.

If the scope of the project changes after work has commenced, additional fees may apply. Any changes will always be discussed and approved before additional work is completed.

Prices are subject to change without notice for future projects; however, accepted quotations will be honoured unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects are completed efficiently, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information.

• Supply logos, branding, images and written content required for the website.

• Ensure they have permission to use any content they provide.

• Respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe.

• Review completed work promptly and provide feedback where required.

Delays in providing required information may delay project completion.

Signature Sites is not responsible for project delays caused by missing content, delayed communication or incomplete information supplied by the client.

5. Design & Revisions

Every website is designed based on the client's requirements discussed before development begins.

Minor revisions requested during development are included.

Once the client has approved the completed website, any major redesigns or additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges or require the purchase of a Monthly Maintenance Package.

6. Payment

One of the things that makes Signature Sites different is that payment is only required once the client is satisfied with the completed website.

By engaging Signature Sites, clients acknowledge the following:

• Payment is due once the completed website has been approved.

• Ownership of the website will only be transferred after full payment has been received.

• Once ownership has transferred, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Failure to make payment may result in ownership remaining with Signature Sites until payment obligations have been met.

7. Website Ownership

Until full payment has been received, all website designs, files and associated work remain the property of Signature Sites.

Following payment, ownership of the completed Google Site will be transferred to the client where applicable.

Third-party services including domain names, Google accounts, Google Workspace subscriptions and hosting services remain subject to the policies of their respective providers.

8. Maintenance & Future Changes

Signature Sites provides complimentary minor edits for up to three (3) days following website ownership transfer.

After this period, additional updates may be charged unless the client has an active Monthly Maintenance Package.

Maintenance packages include services according to the package purchased by the client.

Major redesigns, new functionality or additional pages may require a separate quotation.

9. Project Timeframes

Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only.

Most websites are completed within the agreed timeframe; however, completion depends on:

• Timely client communication

• Receiving all required content

• Third-party services

• Unexpected technical issues

Signature Sites cannot guarantee completion dates where delays occur outside our reasonable control; however, Signature Sites typically completes websites within 1 week, contingent that the client provides all information immediately with the least amount of delay possible.

10. Domains & Third-Party Services

Signature Sites frequently assists clients with services provided by third parties including Google Sites, Google Workspace, Hostinger, Google Search Console and domain registrars.

While we assist wherever possible, Signature Sites is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages

• Changes to third-party pricing

• Domain renewal fees

• Account suspensions

• Service interruptions

• Technical issues outside our control

Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership of their domain names and third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed.

11. SEO

Every website created by Signature Sites is designed using current SEO best practices suitable for the Google Sites, Wordpress, Shopify, or any other website platform.

However, search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Google and other search engines determine search rankings using algorithms outside the control of Signature Sites.

We do not guarantee first-page rankings, specific traffic numbers or business growth resulting from any website.

12. Intellectual Property

Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all logos, images, videos, text and other materials supplied to Signature Sites.

Signature Sites accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from materials provided by clients.

All original design work remains the intellectual property of Signature Sites until full payment has been received.

13. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Signature Sites reserves the right to display completed websites, logos and design work within our portfolio, website and social media for promotional purposes.

We are proud of the work we create and enjoy showcasing completed projects to future clients.

14. Refusal of Service

Signature Sites reserves the right to decline, suspend or terminate a project that involves:

• Illegal activities

• Copyright infringement

• Fraudulent or misleading content

• Offensive or discriminatory material

• Content that may damage the reputation of Signature Sites

Any work completed before termination may still be payable.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Signature Sites will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• Website downtime

• Lost profits

• Third-party service failures

• Search engine ranking changes

• Client-supplied content

• Cybersecurity incidents outside our control

Nothing within these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Signature Sites may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this website.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
